As the fabric leads down, the waves become separated by strips of red, white, and blue woven fabric. The bottom portion has patches of white textured fabric, with colorful green and orange fabrics in the bottom right corner. Bunched up on the white textured fabric are nine frayed, multicolored string pom poms.
