i am well and hope these

blessing we are a drillng
Evry day and we hear that
we shal soon be paid
of but i dont know when
but i think we will be
paid of soon i think we
will will soon be Discharge
i dont think we will 
ever go awa from here
un till we go home but
i can not tell for Serten
yet i want you to write
and let me know if you

have rote me any letters
for i have wrote yo three
letters and i have not
recevid any from you
i found a Envelop in
the road last knight
that looked like the
One that i sent to you
in my last letter and
it was Directed to me
and now i want you to
write to me as soon as you
get this letter and let
me know if you have wrote
me any ltters or not
i will Come home when
i get my pay if i can
but i Dont know whether
i can or not but if i dont

Some noney as soon as i
get some which i think 
will be soon and i dont

want you to let the
Supervisor know it for
you Do he wount pay
yo any more and i want
to know whether you
have Recevied any from
the Supervisor or not
and i want you to write
the pticlers about things
to home and whether
David Carr has left my
my place or not
