	Dear Mother.
		I do not remember
whether I have written since the receipt
of your last letter or not. but think it
my duty to do so now, we arrived in this
Town Yesterday. have been on the march
19 days cause a distance of 240 miles
	I am in very good health at present
I think Mother you are to anxious in
regard to my health don’t think that
I am one Eighth past as bad as you 
represented me to be and you will be
nyher the truth
	I have no time to write more
