			    I have been
waiting here for Some time for
the Saint Paul Packet. How much
longer I Shall be Compelled to
wait in this forsaken town is
more than I Can tell.

I dreamed of you last Evening. Oh!
Wasn't Mark happy _ You can
bet he was
	        Thank God. dear girl _
Providence permitting we shall
ere very long be Clapsed in Each
others Embrace _
		     I Could hardly
persuade – Myself to pass by _
Chicago without running over

duty _ I Could not neglect it

Surprised when you received
my short letter from Chicago
	Deloss is in Aurora visiting
his friends _ and declares he
is going toMichigan with
me when I return from
Minnesota
	        My Own Pet. if
you receive this so as to 
be able to answer before the
24.th Inst. address me at

After that time _ send it to
Aurora and I will get
it as soon as I return
