		I now take
opportunity to rite
to you a few lines
to let you now how
i like solgeran well it
is full as good as i expected
although i have not seen any
any of the work yet i think
i shall like it prety well
now to tell you how i 
got here well the first day
i came to James Tuxburry
i staid their until sunday
and then came up
with mcomber i sent back
with mcomber one hundred
and thirty five dollars which
you have got or will get
when you send after it

whin I sign the pay
role i will send Fifty
dollars more it ma be
to day and it may 
not be until nex week
or week after well i cant
tell when well I have
got a prrety bad cold
but are getting a lettle
better of it now you
must rite to me
