Dear Comrade: It was voted at our last annual gathering, to permanently fix the time for holding our Reunions, and by unanimous con- sent, the THIRD WEDNESDAY IN MAY was selected. Therefore, it is with pleasure we issue this circular asking YOUR ATTENDANCE at our NINTH ANNUAL REUNION, to be held in the City of Coldwater, at St. James Hotel, Comrade Don. P. Cushman, pro- prietor, on May 21st, 1884. To those who have attended our former gatherings, we say, remember the pleasant reunions of the past; are they not an inducement to come again? To those who have to meet with us for the first time, we have a word; had we the power, we would COMPEL YOUR ATTEND- ANCE. We know the loss has been mutual. MAY we not have the pleasure of meeting you this year? Our years are passing fast, and every reunion missed, is an opportunity lost. Our brotherly love should be the incentive; our friendships formed in camp and on battle-field, amid dangers and privations should be the lode-stone to bring us together at least once a year. May we not count on your presence this year? We guar- antee, on the word of our Committee of Arrangements, who have never failed to fulfill more than promised, to give you one of the happiest days in a life-time. Begin to-day, to plan to lay aside business, COME TO COLD- WATER on MAY 21ST., and meet the old boys; we had together about FORTY, LAST MAY. Make a BIG THING of this reunion. Send the President or Secretary a CARD signifying your inten- tion of answering to your name at ROLL CALL. JAS. T. BEADLE, President. 162 Woodward Ave., Detroit. H.
