Frego was born in Northumberland, in the State of Pennsylvania, is 27 years of age, 5 feet 10 1/2 inches high, Dark complexion, Dark eyes, Brown hair, and by occupation, when enrolled, a Farmer Given at Washington D.C. this eleventh day of October, 1865.
