Know ye, that David R. Frego,
Private of Captain N. S. Hills Company,
[illegible] Detachment Regiment of the Veteran Reserve Corps, who was
Enrolled in captain, J. F. Andrews Company, [illegible],
6th Regiment of Michigan Cavl Volunteers, on the 1st day
of October, one thousand eight hundred and sixty=two, to serve
3 years or during the war, and was transferred to the Veteran Reserve
Corps by [illegible marking] Orders, No. Unknown, 186  , is hereby
Discharged from the service of the United States, eleventh day
of October, 1865, at Washington D.C., by reason
of expiration of terms of Service   (No objection to his being
re=enlisted in the 1st Battalion Veteran Reserve Corps is known to exist*)
	Said David R. Frego was born in Northumberland,
in the State of Pennsylvania, is 27 years of age,
5 feet 10 1/2 inches high, Dark complexion, Dark eyes,
Brown hair, and by occupation, when enrolled, a Farmer
	Given at Washington D.C. this eleventh day of
October, 1865.
