Rosaltha recounts that she did a lot of sleighing over the winter, but now it is very wet, which is preventing the family from making maple sugar. She then states that she has not been to school in two years and thinks she may never go back. Rosa closes by describing her family's quilting process, her knitting and sewing projects, and the health of her parents.
