Based on Simeon's writing, it seems that Cindonia threatened (jokingly?) to commit physical violence against him if he did not write more often. He also seems to be responding to Cindonia's threat (half-jokingly?) to "tear [his] --- Smack off" if he were to commit adultery. Simeon claims that he is uninterested cheating on her, so Cindonia should not worry.
