I thought we should come home soon a few days ago but dont know how it is since Old Abe's death we dont know what Johnson 83 is, but must trust in God and all things will be well Gods ways are mysterious and we should trust him. I should like very much to hear from home. but if we start tomorrow morning I some dont expect to get any in ^ time yet. I dont know what to write this time So you must excuse me for sending such a short letter, I hope you are all well. may God bless you all is my prayer from your Husband Simeon A.
