				     I have the
honer to report that the rooms now
occupied by the River Police are the two
rooms formerly occupied Capt. Costello &
later by John B Lackey. as a sleeping room
& that the rooms occupied by [Doct?]
leftwick are on the floor beneath me
& that I have no uuse for the rooms
so occupied & have never ordered any one
to evacute them
