Bradley Letter : date unknown (after July 22, 1864)

The unknown writer of this incomplete document details the transportation of a load of cotton from Mississippi to Memphis. The writer appears to be a broker of some kind between the cotton dealers and merchants in Memphis. It is unclear whether the cotton was legally traded or if it was smuggled. The handwriting does not match that of Thomas Bradley.
