This first section of this document reproduces the text from Louisa Barlow and Philander Doxtader's marriage certificate. In the second section, Yarbrough certifies that Louisa presented this document to him as proof of her relation to Philander (who died in July 1886) and that she took an oath to swear she had never been married before.
