I Thomas J. Yarbrough a justice of the peace do hereby
certify that John M Sunday and George W. Davidson
[periodically?] appeared before me in my county and State
aforesaid and made Oath that they knew of their own
knowledge of the death of Philander Doxtader husband of 
Mrs Louisa Doxtader whose names are mentioned in the
foregoing writing. Given under my hand a justice
of the peace for the aforesaid County this 16th day
