In the matter of this claim for accrued pen-
sion as the widow of Philander Doxtader
certificate No. 45 066, personally appeared
before me a Notary Public in & for Ingham
County & State of Michigan Abner Barlow
and William D. Longyear who are residents
of Ingham County and post office address
in Leslie Michigan and who each being
duly sworn by me deposes and says
that they were present at the marriage
of Philander Doxtader and Louisa Barlow
Doxtader, that they were married at the
home of Wm D. Longyear one of above
mentioned deponents, that said marriage
took place on the 26th day of June
A.D. 1873 at the residence of William
D. Longyear in the County of Ingham
& State of Michigan, that the marriage
ceremony was performed by Rev. H. M.
Gallup then pastor of Baptist Church
of Leslie. Deponents further say that
said Philander Doxtader was the first hus-
band of said Louisa B. Doxtader and that
She never intermarried with any other
person. Deponents say that neither of
said parties were married before their
intermarriage on June 26 /73 as above
