"Context: Test-retest reliability is a critical issue in utilization of computerized neurocognitive assessments employing pre-participation baseline test followed by a series of post-concussion tests. Low test-retest reliability was reported by Broglio et al. (2007) for one of the most widely used neurocognitive test battery, Immediate Post Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing (ImPACT) with specific testing intervals.
