Toilet facilities shall he providef in a building which is conveniently located, well constructed, having good natural and artificial li 1hting, adequate ventilation, and floors of concrete or similar impervious: terials. Concrete curbing, extending at least 6 inches above the floor, should be provided and the floor sloped to adequate drains. 3. Separate toilet lacilities plainly marked by apprOp- riate signs shall be provided for males and resales. When a water carriage system of sewage disposal is used, the connunity buiLdin mg: shall be provided with toilet rocns in which shall Le installed water closets with proner water supply. (e) Disposal of sewage and other water carried wastes. 1.
