Team-level person-group fit, communication, and changes over time
"This thesis project explored the changes of person-group fit perceptions over a period of time in newly formed teams. These changes were explored as a function of communication in teams working on hidden profile tasks. It was expected that teams with higher person-group fit perceptions would perform better through person-group fit's hypothesized effects on communication. However, results showed that person-group fit did not impact performance as expected. More results and explanations of those results are discussed below."--Page ii.
