Control function approaches in limited dependent variable models

This dissertation consists of three chapters concerning applying control function approaches to taking care of endogeneity of different attributes in binary response models. The first chapter considers parametric specifications for binary response models while the second chapter relaxes some of the distributional and functional form assumptions. The third chapter provides a practical guidance on choosing an interesting quantity of causal interest for binary response models.
