Physiological and phenomenological reactions to erotic stimuli in post-mastectomy women and matched controls

Twenty-four Caucasian and Oriental women, aged 34 to 57, from Hawaii were studied to determine the effect of mastectomy on later sexual functioning, relationship between physiological and subjective sexual arousal, self-concept, and relationship to mate.
