Published monthly by the New Jersey Golf Course Superintendents Association APRIL MEETING NOTICE The next regular meeting of the New Jersey Golf Course Superintendents' Association will be hell on Tuesday, April 9, 1957, at the Colonia Country Club, Rahway, N. J, Frank Svehla, Superintendent, will be your host for the day. Weather permitting, golf will be in order for those of you who wish to play. We would like to see as many of you out as possible to prepare for the coming tournament between the Philadelphia Association and the New Jersey Association, . A business meeting will be held at 5:30 P.1‘i. with dinner following at 6:30 f.M. sharp, For the evening program, we have a very good speaker on the pertinent subject of Retirement plans. I understand the the presidents of both the P.G.A. and the Golf Course Managers Association will be present to express their views on the above subject. We should all give Joe Malikowski a big hand for the excellent speaker we had for the last meeting. If tha+ is a sample of what to expect for the coming year, we all better not miss any of the coming meetings.
