Amnistia total" as an expression of solidarity with political prisoners and a demand for complete amnesty that includes neither extraditions nor expulsions from Spain. At right of title is the Basque flag. At left of title is the flag of the Associació de Familiars i Amics dels Presos Politics. It comprises four vertical stripes with a lone star above the shorter two interior stripes. At bottom left is the circular emblem of the the same organization with its name is printed around the outer edge. Its monogram is printed in the center with "mnistía FAPP" printed below it. Incorporated in the monogram are four horizontal stripes with the center two being shorter. The lone star dots the first "i" in the word "amnistiá."
