Ceremony for the unveiling and dedication of a statue of civil rights pioneer Rosa Parks placed in Statuary Hall in the U.S. Capitol. John Boehner notes that Parks is the first African-American woman to have a statue in her honor placed in the Capitol. Congressional leaders comment on the legacy of Parks.
