Purposed Plan to reach 1000 families in the township

1. Four Captains to come up with 100 CCNTACTS who will do some work and
personal contacts. This may take some phoning and explaining, not too much.

2. Narrow down our alphabetical list by delteing contacts, GMA members, and
and grouping with people like Gwen and Gordon, and ourselves with large
numbers of #eurtieetsy prospects.

3. Visit each of the CONTACTS ¢ except the obvious ones such as Gwen etc.)

. Review with CONTACT the following:

a) purpose of referendum

b) registering and voting dates

c) absentee voter proceduredd

ad) go over Master list and have them select 10-20 persons they
personally know and will be their prospects.
Some may take neighbors ( such as some of the petition sign-
circulators, some may not know people, and we will just assign
them names unclaimed.

5. We will than prepare a card for each CONTACT with the list of his
prospects and all the dope we have on the prospect.

6. Go back to Contact with this card and with a poop sheet in Q and A
form covering:
