Page 1 (front) shows a view of the midway and beach as seen from the pier, with a caption "Silver Beach, the Play Ground of All the People." Page 2 (reverse side) describes highlights, including the location of the beach at the mouth of the historic "Old St. Joe River," the phrase "Surf Bathing" followed by the boast "THE FINEST BEACH IN THE WORLD," the boast of the "Largest Cement Tank" in the country, heated by steam for an indoor dip. Ends with the phrase "Everybody has a Good Time at Silver Beach, St. Joseph, Michigan."
