Walk-in if olinicde
gets new home —

TRAVERSE CITY — Part of |
the new Munson Community
Health Center at 550 Munson
Ave. will open Wednesday
when the Munson MedCare
walk-in clinic moves from its
temporary building on the
same property.

The clinic had been housed
in front of the old Traverse
City Community Hospital ;
while the closed hospital was .
renovated over the last two
years into the $9 million
health center.

The health center eventual- |
ly will house a number of
outpatient services, includ-
ing cardiac rehabilitation,
physical therapy, a pain clin-
ic, occupational health,
sports medicine and radiolo-

All departments are expect-
ed to be moved in by June 2.
An official ribbon-cutting
and dedication ceremony is
scheduled for 1 p.m. June 22,
