Marie, gives the following information in its issue of the 20%: The chief eng- ineer and one assistant of the Canadian Pacific arrived at the Hotel Superior a few days since from Ottawa, and have been busy at work on measurements and other matters connected with the great international bridge at the head of the rapids. The engineer states that the bridge will not only be a railroad bridge, but will also have a carriage driveway and a walk for foot passengers. The bridge will be built at some large iron manufactary and shipped here all ready to be put togethar, and will undoubtedly be completed and open- ed for traffic by January 1, 1888. Bes ISSRA.
