Mackinaw and Marquette Railroad Company

Incorporated Dec. 20, 1886, its capital stock was paid in
by filing a certificate of purchase by Hugh McMillan of the
Detroit, Mackinac and Marquette RR. Co., taking the property
so purchased.

There was no construction under this company and on *March
9, 1887, it was consolidated with other lines to form the
Duluth South Shore & Atlantic Ry. Co.

Consolidated with The SSM&M RR. Co., The WSSM&M Ry. Co.,
and The DS&M Ry. Co., to form The DSS&A Ry.,Co., Dec. 22,
1,886.
