Accident Report - September 2, 1887. An accident occurred upon the Duluth South Shore and Atlantic Railway near Seney station on the 2nd day of September 1887 at 800 o'clock A. M. caused bys Brakeman C. D. Formby falling off train of ore cars while in motion, a short distance west of Seney station. No one saw him fall, he was found by trackuen. Head injured and one leg run over; brought him to the hospital at Marquette, where he died the next day at 130 P. MW. Remains sent to his relatives at Hamilton, Ont. Casulaties resulting from the above accident - 1 employe killed. Ae Watson, General Superintendente Claim #148, By Mrse Chas.
