Negaunee:- Within a few days F. B. Nickerson, who has for months
been bill clerk at the C&NW depot in this city, leaves to take a
more lucrative position in the general freight office of the DSS&A.
at Marquette. Mr. Nickerson has many friends here who will re-
gret to learn of his departure, but will wish him all success in
his new position. Edward Laughlin, who has been a clerk in the
office for some time will be promoted to the place vacated by Mr.
Nickerson. Charles Griffey, of this city, will take Mr. Laugh-
lin's place.
