Superintendent of construction Vincent reports that the completion of the through line this winter is somewhat doubt- ful, owing to delays arising from unexpected physical difficul- ties on the western end of the line. The CPR is completed to Thessalon, 50 miles from here, and tracklaying is now going on at a rapid rate. The road is grad- ed to the Canadian Sault, and it will not be long until the con- struction train reaches our neighboring town across the river. GPR ZESEA
