The First Ore

The schooner Fred A. Morse, consort of the John M. Glidden, was
brought in to the ore docks Tuesday by the Adams and at once began
receiving the first ore for the season of 1887, loading Cleveland
ore which has been standing in cars in the yards here all winter.
