Accident Report - November 2, 1887.

An accident occurred upon the Duluth South Shore and Atlantic
Railway near South Ishpeming station on the 2nd day of November
1887, at 430 o'clock P. M. caused by

Brekeman John O'Connell getting little finger on left hand
taken off while coupling push bar on front of engine to an ore
car, at Lake Angeline mine.

Casualties resulting from the above accident - 1 employe
injured.
