The following circular was issued from the office of the superintendent of the DSS&A yesterday. Mr. C. E. Lytle has been appointed Trainmaster and Chief Train Dispatcher of the Mackinac and Houghton divisions, vice S. B. Floeter, resigned; to take effect April 29.
