Some important changes are being made in the management of the Duluth South Shore & Atlantic railroad. The present officals retain their connection with the road but in different capacities. Mr. Allen, the general passenger and ticket agent, is succeeded by S. F. Boyd who at present holds the same position with the Minneapolis & St Louis Railroad.
