Mr. T. H. Hamilton, has his dock contracts here
proactically completed and will leave the city today or
tomorrow for his home in Toledo, O. The lifting apparatus
for the new chutes on No. 1 pier alone remains to be
placed in position and then the big contracts will be
finished.
