New Rolling Stock

The yards of the South Shore in this city and at St. Ignace
and the yards of the MC at Mackinaw City, are now crowded with
new DSS&A rolling stock. Besides the box cars which are coming
up in hundreds now, there are also many of the new 20-ton ore
cars just putting in appearance besides the first lot of the new
short cabooses. There are no flies on the road when its thirty
new engines get along it will be as well equipped as any road of
its size. Besides more of the new passenger coaches a new and
elegant officers car is expected to arrive soon.
