Amendment
to
Articles of Association
of The
Duluth, South Shore and Atlantic Railway Company

Whereas it is the opinion of the Stockholders of The Duluth,
South Shore and Atlantic Railway Company in annual meeting as-
sembled that it will promote the interest of the Company to
increase the number of Directors of said Company from seven
to eleven.

Therefore be it Resolved that the number of Directors of said
Company be increased to eleven (11) which was read to the meet-
ing by Chariman Watson and thereupon on motion to adopt said
resolution. A vote was taken and after the ballots had been
counted, the tellers reported that all of the stock represent-
ed at said meeting to wit: 150,449 shares had been voted in
favor thereof whereupon said resolution was declared to be
unanimously adopted.

quette, Mi., July 26, 1888.
