The railroad authorities terminated the night operator's occupa-
tion at this station the end of last week and Mr. Hazen was hurried-
off to South Ishpeming as relief operator. He is at home again to-
day, in readiness for another order. Mr. Hazen is an agreeable fel-
low and we regret to lose him from our town, but it is evident that
hsi employers will use him elsewhere, during the winter, at least,
