By Harry Graff, Marquette, Mi., for fingers pinched in Decem-
ber 1888 while working in machine ship at Marquette. Men were
moving heavy piece of machinery by means of lever and two
pieces of iron and machine slipped off lever. Report from C.
Rosseter, General Foreman, April 7. Wrote Mr. Fitch denying
liability, April 13, 1889.
