David Sutton, master builder of the South Shore, has resigned.
As the appointment of a superintendent of buildings and bridges
takes away much of the importance of the position held by Mr. Sut-
ton, it will probably be abolished and a general foreman be appoint-
ed by Mr. Boeh.
