Surgeon for Koad

The following circular was given to the public by General
Manager Fitch yesterday, and brought many congratulations to
the doctor:

Duluth, South Shore & Atlantic Railway
Office of the General Manager
Marquette, January 15, 1839

Dr. George J. Northrup is hereby appoinsed chief surgeon of
the company, with headquarters at Marquette.
