Deed DSS&A Rye to MIKO RR.

Indenture made July 17, 1890, Whereas, the MH&0 has sold all
property of every description, both real and personal (except
its franchise to be a corporation) to the DSS&A Ry., includ-
ing all property formerly.conveyed to it by the M&W RR., and
its capital stock. And Whereas, by an instrument dated April
15, 1887, made to the parties hereto, .all lands that it then
owned, etc., mines, timber, mining rights, royalties and all
the shares of capital stock of the M&W RR., and Whereas, said
agreement has been abrogated and annulled, Now Therefore, this
indenture witnesseth that for the sum of $1 by the MHRO, the
DSStA Ry», grants all properties, etc., conveyed to the DSS&A
Ry., mentioned in agreement of April 15, 1887.
