A man named Albert Siegrist from Section 9, DSS&A, was
thrown from the train by the conductor at midnight on 23rd of
August last, whereby he had his shoulder dislocated and was
otherwise badly injured. A law suit is expected to take
place in a few days, unless the matter should be arranged
privately.
