Man named albert Siegrist from Section 9, DSS&A was thrown from the train by the conductor at midnight on 23rd August last, whereby he had his shoulder dislocated and was otherwise badly injured. A lawsuit is expected to take place in a few days, unless the matter can be arranged privately.
