Newberry, Jan. 26, 1891

The following resolution was offered by trustee, Wright:

Resolved: That the right of way on Parmalee street from
DSS&A to the factory of the Newberry Hardwood Mfg. Co., be
granted to the Newberry Hardwood Mfg. Co., for a side track
with ea right to occupy such portion of said street as is nec-
essary for such purposes, owing to the continuance of the ex-
istence of said manufacturing company or its successors and
assigns and that an ordinance be drafted for the proper reg-
uletion thereof.

On motion the resolution was accepted by the following:
Ayes, trustees Wright, McLeon, Mertes and President Donald-
son.
