Inscribed on photo back: Packard 1006 twelve, tenth series, 12-cylinder, 160-horsepower, 147-inch wheelbase, special 'Car of the Dome' show car (modified Dietrich Inc., 5-person sport sedan, body type #3182), modifications by Packard, note first series update: 1934 eleventh series bumpers, 1934 eleventh series front fenders, bail cap replacing pelican emblem, retained tenth series hood louver door hardware, retained tenth series fore-door windows, retained tenth series tail lamp housings, exhibited: retaining its special metallic bronze gold coloring, this car continued to be part of the special Great Dome display in the travel and transportation building at Chicago's 'A Century of Progress' international exposition.
