James and Laura E. (Lewis) -;
Carlden. He married Electra P. ;-
Hood in 1931, and she died in 1962.; *
In 1966, he married Dorothy
Gardner. She died in 1988. :

He was a farmer and a member ~
of Huron Valley Aerie 3732, FOE,; *
and Free and Accepted Masons in ~
Alabama. ae

Surviving are four sons, James of,
Flat Rock, Edmund of Jackson and; /;
Eric and Clint, both of Alabama;
four grandchildren; 19 great-grand--- ;
children, and three great-great-.. |
grandchildren. ac

In addition to his wives, he was;
preceded in death by a son, Roland;,.",
three brothers, and a sister.
