‘ ie pie Seen. E { 127 DEATHS Johanna Ancona FLAT ROCK — Mrs. Johanna Ancona, 82, of Flat Rock, died Monday in Seaway Hospital, Trenton. Friends may call in the Arthur Bobcean Funeral Home, Flat Rock. A prayer service will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home and a funeral Mass will be said at 10 a.m. in St. Roch Catholic Church, Flat Rock. Services will be conducted by Rev. Arthur Bell and Rev. Gaspare Ancona of St. Andrew Cathedral, Grand Rapids. Burial will be in Michigan Memorial Park. Born Nov. 2, 1906, in Palermo, Sicily, she was the daughter of Gaspare and. Terasa (Navetta) Ancona. She moved to the United States when she was 14 years old. She married Anthony Ancona Oct. 2, 1926, in Detroit, and he preceded her in death Jan. 23, 1981. She was a member of St. Roch Catholic Church. : Surviving are two sons, Paul of Gaylord and Gasper of Texas; two daughters, Stella and Teresa An- cona, both of Flat Rock; 5 grandchildren, and 5 great- grandchildren.
