Anteau Jan. 31, 1936-Sept. 18, 1998 NEWPORT — Loretta Mae Anteau, 62, of Newport, a member of the first graduating class at Huron High School in New Boston, died at 11:05 a.m. Friday in her home. She had been in poor health for two years. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday in Allore Funeral Home, Monroe, where a rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Monday. She | was raised by her stepmother, Frie- da Girard. She married Leonard | Anteau on Sept. 25, 1954, in St. Mary | Catholic Church, Rockwood. 4 She was a homemaker. | In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, David of Carleton and Thomas of Newport; a daughter, Sandra of Newport; four brothers, Edward of. Monroe, Henry of Belleville, Patrick of , Dearborn and Frank of Lincoln - Park; five sisters, Mrs. Robert (Bar- bara) Haut of Monroe, Mrs. Jes (Theresa) Staten of Carleton, Mrs. David (Ruth Ann) Apperson of Rockwood, and Mrs. Roger (Mary) Proffitt and Mrs. Ted (Joan) Rid- der, both of Flat Rock, and five grandchildren. In addition to her stepmother, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael, and three brothers, Clement Jr., John and Joseph. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
